Secretary of War Pete Hegseth (Small Soft Pastel)

A small soft pastel study of Pete Hegseth I did while semi-permanent camping in the NV mountains. 🎨 This is my first time picking up the chalks since I was a kid—33 years later! Used a blend of Rembrandt, Louve, and Holbein for this piece.
